  Repeat it till satisfactory result.

Polishing surface of Ladoll Clay

Finish up with surfacer putty.
Now she is ready to cast.

Here are some photos of making Unua

First, decide doll's image and drawing proportions.
Make polystyrene (Styrofoam) core.
(I made the core too large at this time because don't consider thickness of clay.
Yes. I'm a beginner.)

Cover core with Ladoll premier and wait to dry.

Cut joints.

Make hands.
Bend wire look at my hand.  

Cover with clay and make surface smoothly

I'm very glad I can fianally Introduce her.
New Candy Smoothie doll Unua.
Unua in Esperanto means 'First' although I can't speak Esperanto at all ^^;;;
I know many doll owners give there own doll new name when they got new home.
It's very difficult find meaningful but also free name for me and her new owners.
So I choose 'Unua'.
She'll be my and your first doll.

Unua is Resin cast doll and approx 15cm.
She is my first big sculpture and I know nobody can't do perfect at first try.
But after assembling and painting, I'm so stunned  when finally she standing in front of me.
And hope you lover her too.
